Sypnosis of Duties:
The Pre-Cursillo Committee shall study and propose to the Secretariat the plan of establishment and extension of the Cursillo Movement in the dioces. It is responsible for maintaining, filing, accepting and processing applications for candidates. It shall provide instructions to sponsors and candidates for the Cursillo weekends, and shall prepare candidate documentation for the Cursillo Committee to use in preparing for the weekend. Questions of eligibility of prospective candidates are to be referred to the Spiritual Director and the Lay Director. The Committee assists in implementing the Pre-Cursillo phase of the movement (according to the official literature) especially in the study of environments to be evangelized. |

| Sypnosis of Duties:
The Cursillo Committee will formulate and implement all that is required on the three day Cursillo. It shall develop and present a list of prospective team members to the Spiritual Director who will share these names with the rector of each team; will develop and present a list of possible Cursillistas to the Spiritual Advisor, for the purpose of selecting a Rector; will propose dates and locations for the weekends, and will make all the physical preparations for the weekend. |

| Sypnosis of Duties:
The Post-Cursillo Committee will foster the growth of Cursillistas in the Diocese by promoting the essential means of perseverance, including Group Reunions, Ultreyas, and Cursillo Retreats; will establish standards and procedures for managing them, including the responsibility for suggesting dates and locations for the Retreats. It shall solicit articles for the newsletter and will distribute pertinent publications for the information and orentation of the Cursillistas. The Committee shall establish and maintain data concerning the progress of the Movement and will supply the Secretariat with this information. |
